Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the preparation of an intelligent model of the building to be constructed. In essence, we create a digital twin of the building before any work commences on site.

The BIM and Virtual Design and Construction techniques we use result in less queries coming back from site, leading to better cost and schedule certainty for clients and contractors.

The BIM tools we use include Autodesk Revit, Civil 3d, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
