NJD Consulting Engineers provided civil and structural engineering consultancy to the lead consultant. Our structural scope of work included foundation design, design of loadbearing walls, precast concrete floors and timber roof structure. Our civil scope included the design of the sustainable urban drainage systems (storm water), waste water and watermain design.

The standalone building enabled the use of prefabricated elements which reduced working time on site and improved safety outcomes.

The project provided new office space in the business park in Lismore.
