The clients came to us to design the vaulted roof structure envisioned by the architectural designer. Our use of BIM allowed us to virtually construct the roof and determine all the necessary support points.

The ceilings are vaulted in the kitchen/dining room and the vaulted ceiling wraps around to follow the L-shaped room.

The client built the project as a self-build with NJD in the role of Project Supervisor for Design Process as well as our traditional role as Structural Engineers and Certifiers.
